The One Way Path to Finding Your Passion

I’ve always said that you should do what you love. You shouldn’t do something just because other people are doing it. If you don’t know what you love yet, there is but one thing you need to do to find your true calling.

Explore. Try new things. Retry old things. Travel. Find new crafts. Write.

There is something (and someone) out there for everyone. If you don’t feel passionate about anything, either you aren’t human,  or you haven’t found anything calling out to you. You haven’t found your one true purpose.

You have to actively find that true calling. In The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho referred to this calling as your Personal Legend. If you haven’t found it, keep looking for it, because that is how you should live your life: Not as a soulless robot, but as a person pursuing his passion.

Once you’ve found your calling, there is no going back. Pursue it. Go at it, and go at it hard. That is what will make you happy. What is life for if you aren’t happy?

Have you found your true calling? Share it in the comments.
